APOD is a very simple NASA Astronomy Picture of The Day browser.

Application allows you to:
- watch and enlarge photos
- watch videos
- save any image to the disk
- share any image or video with others
- mark any photo or video as a favourite and watch only those.

APOD also provides a widget presenting today’s picture.

The application is optimized to reduce network traffic (NASA api requests). It simply caches the data after downloading.
